He managed 200+ projects totaling nearly $100 million in revenue, with single contracts reaching $21 million. His work spanned hospitals, manufacturing facilities, industrial process plants, commercial builds, and publicly funded infrastructure across Pennsylvania, Colorado, Idaho, Alabama, South Carolina, and Virginia.
But after years of generating millions for companies that didn’t fully share or appreciate the results, Adam made a decision: take everything he’d learned and build something of his own.
